Help bring the Gala to life! As an Event & Catering Set-Up volunteer, you’ll work alongside our catering partner, Taste Catering, and the Gala team to transform Fort Mason into a stunning venue for an unforgettable evening.
From arranging tables and linens to placing glassware, flatware, and décor, your work will help set the stage for a beautiful and seamless event experience. This hands-on role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that turns an empty space into an elegant celebration.
